Starting rates
U.S. domestic
from $3.49 USD
per 1 lb label, flat to every U.S. ZIP code.
Domestic Mexico
from $73 MXN
per 1 kg label, anywhere in the country.
Rates scale with your monthly volume and your advisor confirms yours when the account is set up. These are the lowest starting rates in our catalog, for U.S. domestic 1 lb and domestic Mexico 1 kg labels. Heavier weights, express services and international lanes are quoted separately.
- Flat by distance. The same U.S. rate to the next town or across the country. No zone surcharges.
- No monthly fee. No subscription, no minimum volume, no lock-in. You pay for the labels you create.
- Rejected = refunded. If the carrier rejects the label, the charge returns to your balance immediately.
What happens when you open an account
It is not an automatic signup. Every account is configured with an advisor because rates depend on your lane and your volume.
Day 1 — You tell us what you ship and where
Lanes, average weight, monthly volume and whether you sell online. From that we determine whether list rates or volume-negotiated rates fit you better.
Day 1–2 — We configure your account and your boxes
Origin addresses, packaging templates and your rates loaded in. Boxes are saved so you never retype dimensions. If you import orders, your measurements are used, not a generic default.
Live — You connect your store or use the API
Orders come in on their own and labels are created in bulk. Tracking for all 8 carriers on one screen, with email updates to your buyer.
Create labels from your own system. Or from Claude and ChatGPT.
The REST API covers quoting, label creation, tracking, cancellation and balance. We also ship an MCP connector: your AI assistant quotes and creates labels directly, without opening the dashboard.
Connect where you already sell
Orders import on their own with address, weight and dimensions. You pick the carrier and create labels in bulk. Channels: Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, API REST, Webhooks.
If you also want us to store and pack
We store your inventory, pick the orders coming from your channels and ship them on the same account. You see stock and tracking from the same dashboard. Explore Fulfillment.
Questions that actually matter
- What if a label fails?
- If the carrier rejects the label, the charge is refunded to your balance at that same moment. No ticket, no waiting.
- Can I cancel a label already created?
- Yes, as long as it has not been used. The carrier refund takes about 4 business days. If the label is used after cancelling, a penalty applies.
- How are overweight charges handled?
- When the carrier reports the package weighed or measured more than declared, you see the charge with its evidence. You can dispute it from the dashboard.
- Do I need a prepaid balance?
- Yes, the account runs on a wallet. Accounts with history can request a credit line with a statement and later payment.
- Is there a monthly fee?
- No. No subscription, no minimum volume, no lock-in.
- Are delivery times guaranteed?
- No. They are estimates from each carrier and vary by area, season or incidents. We show the real estimate per service before you choose.
- Can I get a tax invoice?
- Yes. Save your tax details and select the movements you want invoiced from the Billing module.
- Which carriers does Helixium work with?
- Eight: J&T Express, DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, Estafeta, Paquetexpress and iMile. All from one account, one balance and one tracking screen.
- Can I create labels from my own system or from an AI assistant?
- Yes. There is a public REST API for quoting, label creation, tracking, cancellation and balance, plus an MCP connector that lets Claude and ChatGPT quote and create labels directly, without opening the dashboard.
Practical shipping guides
- How to calculate dimensional weight for shipping — Carriers commonly bill the greater of physical and dimensional weight. Measuring the finished parcel prevents adjustments and damaged margins.
- What is a carrier weight adjustment and how to avoid it — A weight adjustment is a later charge when the carrier network measures more than declared or detects another handling rule. It is not always just extra pounds.
- How to pack an ecommerce shipment step by step — Good packaging protects the product while controlling dimensional cost, scan reliability and evidence. The largest box is not necessarily the safest.
- What to do when shipment tracking is not updating — A created label does not mean the carrier has the parcel. The first diagnostic step is separating label creation from the first physical acceptance scan.
- How to cancel a shipping label without losing the refund — Cancelling a label is a request to the carrier, not deleting a PDF. The essential condition is that the tracking number has not been used.
- Shipping insurance: how it works and evidence you need — Insurance does not replace proper packaging or guarantee automatic payment. Coverage, provable value, evidence and deadlines determine the claim.
- What is an extended delivery area in shipping — Extended area is a carrier coverage classification. It can affect visit frequency, total price, service availability and delivery estimate.
- Shipping from Mexico to the U.S.: customs checklist — For an international shipment, the label moves the parcel while documentation explains what is crossing. Vague descriptions and inconsistent values cause delays.
- Multi-carrier shipping API: what it must solve — A useful API does more than return PDFs: it preserves identity, prevents duplicate purchases, tolerates partial failures and exposes reconcilable states.
- How to choose a carrier for your ecommerce business — The cheapest label can be the most expensive delivered order if it creates more delays, contacts, reships or adjustments.
- How to manage ecommerce returns without losing control — A return does not end when the buyer prints a label. It must link to the order, be received and inspected, then close with inventory and financial decisions.
